The Teacher-Powered Schools Initiative, a project of Education Evolving, has numerous resources and guides on the topics of collaborative leadership, shared decision-making, positive school culture, school design, and more.

Teacher-powered schools is our term for schools where educator teams have autonomy and authority to collectively and collaboratively make school decisions in areas impacting student success.
