Sara Kemper is an educational researcher whose recent doctoral dissertation explored the concept of teacher professional vitality in teacher-powered schools. She began her career as a 5th grade teacher and currently works as a Research Associate at the Center for Applied Research and Educational Improvement at the University of Minnesota.
