Aveson Educational Cooperative has contracts with two chartered-school boards in Pasadena, California. Both schools are authorized by the Pasadena Unified School District. In each contract, a chartered-school board delegates Aveson the authority to manage, or arrange for the management of, the school and pays them a lump-sum fee to provide these services. This cooperative was formally established in February 2007. More details about the organizational structure will be posted when they are available.
